I was quoted ridiculous prices by Goettl so I called around for a second opinion. I called 911 Air Repair and they were able to come out and give me their opinion on what was needed. Response time was very fast! Their prices were much more reasonable and Alberto was straight forward and honest about what was needed. He then offered to make the repairs even offering to stay late if need be. I scheduled him to come out a second time (I didn't want him to work late on a Friday night) and that second appointment was made quickly. Alberto was amazing, personable, and knowledgeable. Every person I met and corresponded with were polite, professional, knowledgeable and unbelievably helpful. The gentlemen that completed the repair did a great job being early and working nonstop to complete everything. They completed my request within 24-48 hours while I am still waiting on the warranty company that has taken 2 weeks waiting on parts. It's 111 degrees today and I can finally sleep in my own house. Jose came to inspect and give me an estimate. AC had been out over a year. His estimate was on par with others, actually a little less for a Trane 4 ton instead of a 3.5 as quoted by others. He explained why a 4 ton was better for my home and that it wasn't costing me more. I also received a 3% discount for wiring the payment vs using a credit card. He thoroughly explained what they would do and why as well as provided it in writing with pictures. He explained they would register for the warranty and provided warranty through a 3rd party that would transfer with home should I sell and still be in place should they no longer be in business. He communicated well and was responsive. Once I had funding secured he had advised he could get people out within 48 hours to do the work. However he called and said he was able to get them in the next day! The employees were kind and professional. Cleaned up after and I was able to work while they worked. Very happy so far. I would highly recommend them.
